Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Group Fitness Instructor (ACE)

As a busy mom of two young kids, I know how hard (and how important) it is to take the time to take care of yourself. One of my favorite ways to do that is through movement. I’m passionate about the power of movement and the overall effect it has not only on your physical well-being but mental too. That passion for fitness and exercise drove me to certify as a Group Fitness Instructor four years ago. I love teaching high-intensity, strength-driven workouts and interacting with my participants, who I now consider friends.  

Even before certifying to teach group fitness classes, I had been a participant. Fitness was fun! I loved the energy from the group and how happy I felt after. I wasn’t sure I could match that feeling until three years ago when I signed up for my first session with a personal trainer. I had never experienced a workout created just for me. I loved it! 

My appreciation for the skill and thought it took to create that individual workout plan encouraged me to certify as a Personal Trainer. I love getting to know clients on an individual level and customizing sessions to accommodate their wants and needs, as well as provide a listening ear and a fun environment!
