As a professional trainer, my goal is to help you achieve a level of health and fitness that allows you to do the things you enjoy and even try new adventures!  I will help you feel better and move better through corrective exercise, balance, and strength training programs. I believe that quality of life can be improved at any age. Motion is lotion!  As your body ages or injuries happen. Correct movement patterns and physical training strengthen your ability to do everyday tasks, keep you actively participating in your daily life, and to enjoy recreational or sports activities. I focus on teaching healthy, sustainable nutritional habits and proper exercise form, posture, and balance. Each workout session is designed to help you reach your goals. 

I have enjoyed playing sports and participating in various recreational activities. Basketball and softball are my favorites, having tried almost every other sport. Hiking, biking, and skiing are equally enjoyable for me.  I know the value of being able to do those things and how it brings happiness and enjoyment in life. Keeping your body and mind in a condition to enjoy various activities takes time and effort and is worth it!
