The SilverSneakers Fitness Program

FIT OVER 60

Our Fit over 60 program offers daily NEVER 2 LATE classes that are designed for individuals 60 years of age and older, new to fitness, returning from an injury, beginning an exercise program, or who simply need, or want, a lighter approach to exercise.

FIT OVER 60 MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Three (3) Day AM Access Only
Cost: $25.00 Initial Fee plus per $25.00 per month
Includes: Monday-Wednesday-Friday OR Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday.
Club access hours: 7:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. on selected days.

Five (5) Day AM Access Only
Cost:
$35.00 Initial Fee plus $35.00 per month
Includes: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday
Club access hours: 7:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. on selected days.

Three (3) Day Access Only
Cost:
$30.00 Initial fee plus $30.00 per month
Includes: Monday-Wednesday-Friday OR Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday.
Club access hours:
 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Unlimited Access (for Fit over 60 members only)
Cost: $40.00 Initial Fee plus $40.00 per month.  Add a spouse $12.00 per month.
Requires: EFT (automatic payment withdrawal) and 30-day notice to cancel or freeze membership.
Includes: Unlimited number of NEVER 2 LATE classes, All days.
Club access hours: Not Restricted

NEVER 2 LATE - CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CARDIO/ STRENGTH/ RESISTANCE/ STRETCH
A combination of low impact cardiovascular training, strength training, balance and flexibility exercises.
TREKKING
A 30-minute walk, using the treadmill or track to improve cardiovascular fitness.
WEIGHT CIRCUIT
Strength training using weight machines.
SPLASH
A variety of water exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness and strength with less stress to the joints. You do not have to know how to swim.
SILVERSNEAKERS® - CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
 

SilverSneakers® - Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

 

SilverSneakers® SilverSplash®

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

SilverSneakers® YogaStretch
YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
