ADULT TENNIS WORKOUTS

All workouts require membership, except Friday 2.5 @ 9:00, Friday 2.5/3.0 LB, Monday 3.0 @ 7:30 & Monday 2.5 Stroke Clinic.

Workouts: $24 per Workout. Guest Fee: $15 each

These workouts offer a little of everything: Cardio, Repetition, Technique, Strategy, Drills, Serves, and Point Play. All players must have appropriate rating. If you do not have a rating, contact a Pro to be evaluated.
