Tournament Schedule

  • Friday Night: Mixed Doubles + Singles
  • Saturday Morning: Men’s Doubles
  • Saturday Afternoon: Women’s Doubles + U18

Divisions

Doubles (Men’s & Women’s)

  • Recreational (3.49 & below)
  • Intermediate (3.5–3.99)
  • Advanced (4.0+)

Mixed Doubles & Men‘s/Women’s Singles

  • Recreational (2.5–3.5)
  • Advanced (3.5+)

Juniors (U18)

  • All skill levels welcome

How the Series Works

Every tournament earns you Series’ Points:

  • Top 16 teams in each group qualify for the Championship Division
  • Points determine seeding & rankings
  • Play once or stack points all season

Play more = better shot at Championship bracket

Tournament Format

  • Guaranteed play: 3 pool games + 2–3 bracket matches
  • All teams qualify for the Playoff Bracket

Pool Play

  • Games to 11 (win by 2, cap at 13)

Bracket Play

  • Games to 15 (win by 2, no cap)

Pricing

  • Event Fee: $10 Sports Mall members / $30 non-members (Player’s pickleball.com profile must be linked to the Sports Mall, email taylors@sportsmallgroup.com for assistance if needed)
  • Per Division Fee: $25 per division

Play 1-3 events in one weekend (gender doubles, mixed doubles, and/or singles)

Prize Pool

Prize money is based on total teams in each group across all skill divisions:

  • $300 – $750 prize pools per group

  • Paid to 4.0+ Advanced Division podium (1st–3rd)

  • Other divisions win sponsor prizes

Bigger draws = bigger payouts

Registration Info

  • Limited spots per division

  • Divisions may be adjusted based on registration

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds on registration fees before registration closes

  • No refunds after close
