I’m Heidi Butler, a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Counselor with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Utah, focusing on nutrition. My passion for fitness began early, participating in gymnastics, swimming, skiing, and more. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills, becoming certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and specializing in fat loss as a FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach.
I believe in a holistic approach, understanding the mind-body connection and how nutrition, movement, and mindset drive overall health. At the Sports Mall, where I’ve trained since 2003, I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, developing individualized fitness programs. My goal is to empower clients to overcome barriers, set achievable goals, and create lasting lifestyle changes.
As a mom of three, I enjoy strength training and outdoor activities with my family and live each day embodying a healthy, active lifestyle.

I’m Adam Vega, an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength training, weight loss, mobility, conditioning, and nutrition. I believe that “movement is life”—when we stop moving, our body and mind begin to decline. Health isn’t about size, shape, or age, but is a unique journey for each individual. My approach to fitness focuses on creating a fun and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome, and progress is celebrated.
Fitness has been transformative for me, helping me overcome depression. I view movement as a form of daily meditation and self-care, and I’m passionate about helping others discover its life-changing power.
Expect personalized training programs tailored to your unique goals, whether you’re building strength, improving conditioning, or working on nutrition. Let’s embark on this journey together and embrace the transformative power of movement.

As a busy mom of two, I understand the challenge and importance of taking time for self-care. Movement is one of my favorite ways to prioritize well-being, both physical and mental. This passion led me to become a Group Fitness Instructor (ACE) four years ago. I enjoy teaching high-intensity, strength-driven workouts and connecting with participants, who have become friends.
Before becoming an instructor, I loved participating in group fitness classes for the energy and joy they brought me. My experience with a personal trainer three years ago, where I experienced a workout tailored just for me, inspired me to certify as a Personal Trainer (NASM). I appreciate the skill involved in creating personalized workout plans and enjoy customizing sessions to meet clients’ needs. My goal is to provide a supportive, fun environment while helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
